The Gajanand Pauva House

Once upon a time, two brothers named Gajendra and Kalyan Singh had a passion for Indian food. They dreamed of sharing their unique recipes with the world and opening a fast food restaurant that would offer customers a taste of their delicious cuisine. And so, they founded Gajanand Pauva House. Their journey started with a second-hand cycle in the early 2000s, when they began selling snacks and sweets in Ahmedabad. They quickly gained a loyal following, and by 2007, they expanded their business to Gujarat University, where they started selling their signature dishes such as pauva (poha), khichu, and upma. These dishes were an instant hit, and customers loved the unique flavors and textures. In 2012, Gajendra and Kalyan Singh decided to expand their menu even further by introducing a range of chaats, sandwiches, and other delicacies. They set up a new cart at Parimal Garden and attracted even more customers with their delicious offerings. Their success continued to grow, and they went on to open more than 18 outlets throughout Gujarat. They filled the stomachs of lakhs of people and built a loyal customer base with their delicious food and excellent service. In 2018, they opened their first outlet at Parimal Garden, where customers could enjoy a range of Indian fast food, including their famous pauva, khichu, and upma, along with a variety of chaats, sandwiches, and other delicious dishes. Today, Gajanand Pauva House is a beloved brand with a reputation for high-quality and delicious Indian fast food. Their menu is filled with unique and flavorful dishes that customers love, and their commitment to excellence has helped them build a loyal following.
